Knowledge, Process and Project Management Centre (Know2Pro)

The Knowledge, Process and Project Management Centre (Know2Pro) is based on a fruitful, interdisciplinary collaboration among research groups across various Schools at the University of Nicosia, and includes researchers from the School of Business, the School of Sciences and Engineering and the School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Law.

Collectively, the researchers comprise a group with significant competencies in knowledge, process and project management theories and tools in respect to both practical application and empirical, qualitative research. Know2Pro has international partnerships with renowned scholars and industry advisors.

The purpose of the centre is twofold:

• To create strong practice-based research in knowledge, process and project management deriving from different scientific traditions and perspectives.
• To develop educational resources in relevant areas at all levels within the involved Schools.

The Centre is actively involved in research projects; organises short intensive courses and international conferences, and aspires to contribute to designing and implementing innovation strategies for organisations.
